Understanding and sharing our customer`s goals
We try to understand and share the goals of our customers to tailor the right programme to the purpose of the event

The right setting and environment helps to get people together

I.e.: Spielbodenalp = very casual and surprising environment for everybody. Spontaneous party with the farmer between cowes and chicken until early in the morning...

Personalised and flexible service. Full reliabilty and permanent availability
M&S is a small team. We try to keep a personal contact with our clients.

We try very hard to make your ideas happen - the expression "we don't do it because we have never done it before" does not exist in our vocabulary....

During an event we are 24 hours available!!! To resolve any problems (unforseen incidents such as accidents, delays of flights, ....)

Quality = Positive Experience
Quality has a very relative meaning!! A 5 star deluxe hotel - so called the highest possible quality - might not be suitable for all kind of events

If your goal is, for example, to bond people, to create a teamspirit and feeling - a hotel like the Spielbodenalp is most probably more efficient to reach to goals than a deluxe hotel.

Or, a very simple, self service Raclette lunch on our private mountain hut I Tyoton might be a better experience than a gastronomic dinner at a top restaurant - we try to be different in order to stick out of boring routines.
For an investment banker a gastronimic lunch or dinner is a routine ...
